What separates Kaia F.I.T. (Functional Intense Training) from other programs is the combination of our intense muscle confusion workouts, nutritional guidance along with constant support from our certified Koaches. Kaia F.I.T. will help women achieve dramatic results. Our whole body approach to fitness and healthy living will make our Kaia girls leaner, stronger, more flexible, and give them the energy to be more effective in their daily life.
STRONG BODIES, POWERFUL MINDS
Our Kaia classes are built on a foundation of progressions. We took a look at full body sports (gymnastics, runners, weightlifters) and developed a program that molds your body gradually into the athlete you were intended to be. What does it take to live strong and FIT? We believe it takes a lot: cardiovascular endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, accuracy and rest. We provide personal training in a women only group atmosphere to make you feel safe and comfortable at any level. With busy lives and a limited amount of time for exercise, we must be creative in our workouts, keeping you engaged and your body guessing. We never repeat workouts, since routine is the enemy to muscle growth and weight loss.
We also target health and weight loss from a nutritional standpoint. We give you the tools to build a healthy relationship with food through our creative BRIK Boot Camp meal plans. We teach you all about healthy food choices, and how to eat lean and green. There is no fad diet: it’s lifestyle choices that you learn to love which will keep you healthy for a lifetime.
OUR SCHEDULE: Kaia FIT is a year around program. Our schedule consists of 2 main programs designed for a reason, to keep the body… and YOU from getting bored! The schedule consists of a 6 week BRIK (Bootcamp) Session, followed by a 5 week Core Session, Another 5 week Core Session, and back to a BRIK, then a Core, another Core… You get the idea!
