I wanted to give a big shout out to our Temecula girls (up and coming Temecula coaches woot woot!!) who travelled up to Tahoe last weekend with me, studied for weeks, practiced for hours beforehand, and then endured three straight days of workouts, lectures and education, intense training and testing (fingers crossed) and so much more. All of this is in the efforts to provide YOU girls with excellent coaches. Afterall, it’s all about YOU! Helping you succeed and be the best Kaia girls you can be. So I thank you for being so welcoming to Alyssa and Maria as part of our Temecula Coaching Team!! They are outstanding Kaia girls and I KNOW they will be amazing Kaia Coaches. They are so full of love for Kaia, and each and every one of you girls. <3 Coach Becca
I also wanted to share the blog my mom wrote (Cynthia-Owner of Kaia Fallbrook). She expresses the essence of what she took away from this weekend, and I think it really encompasses what Kaia is all about. It’s amazing.
From Cynthia: Owner/Trainer Kaia FIT Fallbrook (AKA Mom)
“Certification for Kaia is so intense and packed with so much information it’s hard to assimilate it all. However, I wanted to give you a taste of what it was about so that you can share in the intention of what’s behind it all.
Kristen Loos, one of the three owners, was speaking to the crowd of coaches and owners. Keep in mind that most of these ladies are in their late 20’s or 30’s – some in their 40’s and 50’s, and most are super fit and look awesome. In a nut shell she said, if you think this is about you, you’ll last about 2 minutes. It’s not about you, it’s about your Kaia girls. If you want to demo an exercise just so that others can see how strong and fit you are, you’re in it for the wrong reason. Kaia is about service and helping women be the best that they can be. I loved this because it brought everyone back to the starting point of Kaia and Nikki’s intention when she started this amazing program.
Kaia isn’t just an exercise program. It’s about helping women be fit, healthy, centered, happy, and emotionally strong. We sometimes joke about how men have a difficult time multi-tasking, when it comes so naturally to women. Most women have to work, take care of children, grocery shop, prepare meals and school lunches, keep up with laundry, buy dog food, make time for homework, drive kids to doctor’s appointments, gymnastics, soccer, baseball, etc. etc. Those who don’t have a family yet, may own four business’s (hello Becca), still do laundry, grocery shop, and you see where I’m going. If we didn’t multi-task, the boat would soon sink. So etching out time for ourselves – even if it’s just that one hour in the morning for Kaia is SOOOO important and it actually makes you BETTER at all these things, and better at LIFE. Kristen drove the point home that Kaia is about creating a space for women where they can come without being judged or compared, get fit, lose weight, develop friendships, learn about proper nutrition and enjoy a booty kicking workout.
You, the Kaia Girls, are the heart of the program. It’s so rewarding when I see your happy faces knowing that, from the inside out, you’re becoming the person that you’ve hoped to be; more fit (dang, it feels good to zip up skinny jeans and look hot), have the energy to be mentally present for your family at the end of the day, and most importantly to put your head on your pillow at night and know that you’ve made good, positive changes in yourself and in turn, in your family, by being the best Kaia woman that you know how to be!”

We Love You,
Your Kaia Krew
